Following the investor calls, a sustainability-linked NOK denominated four-year senior unsecured bond issue may follow, subject to market conditions.

Odfjell SE has today successfully completed a new sustainability-linked senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 850 million with maturity date January 21, 2025. At Nordea, the transaction volume in sustainability-linked loans increased more than threefold to 21.6 billion euros ($26 billion) last year.
